Soroi Serengeti Lodge
Set high on a natural plateau with endless views over the plains of Musabi, Soroi Serengeti Lodge is the perfect location to explore the Central Serengeti and Western Corridor.
From the end of May through June and into July, the Central Serengeti hosts the migration as they move into the north for the river crossing season. From October through November and into December they return again through the Central on their way to the calving grounds of Ndutu in the south. Even without the Great Migration, the Central Serengeti is host to the largest volume of resident game in the Serengeti, and there is always something interesting to observe. While the Central is also a busy, popular area, with a private guide and unlimited mileage, being located in a camp that provides great access to explore is the perfect way to experience personalized and uncrowded game viewing.
The architecture and modern décor of the thatched chalets offer a unique home base in the Serengeti. The three-tiered deck area features a swimming pool, fire place, open plan restaurant and kitchen.
25 chalets are complete with hardwood floors and baths and tucked privately into the acacia trees. Each chalet features private, uninterrupted views of the Musabi plains which can be appreciated from the personal balcony or outdoor shower. Each chalet features a writing desk and chair, mini-fridge, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone bath, an outside shower, and full range of guest amenities. The suites include extended lounge area with Wi-Fi and TV. Choose from king or twin beds with mosquito nets. There are two family rooms with king and twin bed configurations.
